CERTIFICATE OF CRIMINAL RECORD
An electronic certificate of criminal record can be obtained by applying through the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan: https://mia.gov.az/az/menu/29780/.
The certificate of criminal record is issued upon personal request and on the basis of an identity document.
To obtain the relevant certificate through the Embassy, the following documents must be sent by post to the Consular Section of the Embassy:
- Application form
- Copy of the applicant’s passport

Note: The specified state fees must be transferred only to the bank account mentioned above. Cash payments are not accepted at the Embassy. After the payment is made, the printed payment receipt or bank statement must be submitted to the Embassy.
