CONSULAR REGISTRATION
General information
Azerbaijani citizens residing permanently or temporarily abroad, as well as those engaged in paid labor activities abroad, are registered with the consulate for the purpose of fully ensuring the protection of their rights by the state, safeguarding their legal interests and security.
No stamps or notes are placed in the passports of Azerbaijani citizens during consular registration or deregistration. Upon request, the consulate may provide a certificate confirming the individual’s registration or removal from the register.
Registration of Azerbaijani citizens residing in Israel
Azerbaijani citizens who reside permanently or temporarily in Israel are registered at the Embassy based on an official document issued by the competent authorities of the State of Israel.
Required documents
- Registration form (view sample):
- Photo (3x4 cm)
- Copy of the passport
- Copy of a document confirming the citizen’s legal residence status (permanent/temporary) in Israel

State Fee: Consular registration is free of charge.
