NOTARIAL ACTIONS
Procedures for Certification of Powers of Attorney (or Applications):
1. In electronic format – “MOBILE NOTARIAT”
It is possible to formalize various types of powers of attorney and applications electronically by downloading the “Mobil Notariat” application from the “AppStore” or “Google Play” platforms.

2. In person at the Consular Section of the Embassy
A power of attorney (or application) can be notarized in the presence of the citizen at the Consular Section of the Embassy:
Required documents:
- The original and a copy of the identity document of the person issuing the power of attorney
- A copy of the identity document of the person being authorized
- Other supporting documents depending on the content of the power of attorney
The power of attorney may be issued for any duration (excluding powers of attorney granting the right to manage a vehicle).
A power of attorney for the right to manage a vehicle cannot be issued for more than 1 year.
